Why is it recommended that the slide rails longer than 600mm do not have buffers?

Recently, a foreign trade customer asked if we could make a 800mm long three-section slide with a buffered self-priming function? Angmi Technology and the customer gave suggestions during the communication process that it is not recommended to have a buffer function for slides longer than 600mm. For conventional sizes, such as a 500mm long slide with a buffer function, when we push it in, we push the drawer hard, and when the structure on the inner rail hits the buffer, the buffered self-closing function is achieved. However, when the slide is longer than 600mm, when we close the drawer with force, the drawer may not be pushed to the buffer, and we need to push the drawer again by hand to get it stuck in the buffer structure to have a buffer function. The buffer function itself is for the convenience of self-closing, but for slides longer than 600mm, you may need to push the drawer twice to have a buffer function, which is no longer convenient. Therefore, it is not recommended to have a buffer function for slides longer than 600mm.
